Can we begin without choosing a paid plan?
Yes. Freemium remains free for a school within its student and staff limits. You can request a paid plan later when the school needs additional capabilities.
When does the 14-day trial begin?
The paid-plan trial begins after the application is approved and the school has been provisioned. It does not begin while the application is waiting for review.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Plan changes are reviewed against the school’s current usage and billing period so that access and limits change predictably.
What happens when we reach a plan limit?
The school can move to a plan with more capacity. Contact EduCore before a major enrolment or staffing change if you expect to exceed the current limit.
